Refund Policy

1. Subscription model

Contents AIdol Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. There is no free trial and no prepaid credit balance. The price shown at checkout is the amount billed each period (currently USD $50/month unless displayed otherwise).

2. Cancellations

• Cancel any time from the authenticated workspace Settings page via Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise at the time of cancellation.
• Canceling does not automatically delete your account or media. Use account deletion controls if you want data removed.

3. Refunds

• Generally: monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, including partial periods.
• Exceptions we will consider: duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or service unavailability that prevented material use of Pro during the paid period.
• How to request: email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the charge, and include the workspace name, approximate charge date, and reason.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend the workspace while the dispute is investigated. Contact support first so we can resolve billing issues faster.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies). If those rights require a remedy, we will honor that remedy.
